Racha Noi East Coast Bay
East Coast Bay is towards the southern tip of Racha Noi. Visibility is usually excellent, especially during the monsoon season months from June to September due to being protected from the easterly winds. Giant manta rays can often be encountered here as they gravitate towards Racha Noi to feed when the conditions bring plankton towards the surface.
Racha Noi East Coast Bay
Beautiful both below & above the water, East Coast Bay offers relaxed diving & attractive conditions to divers. Sandy areas are populated with hard corals, while boulders hosting both hard & soft corals are strewn down an undulating slope into the deep blue at around 40 meters. Although in general Racha Noi isn’t as rich in marine life as some areas like Phi Phi, it is the only dive location close to Phuket & Phi Phi where giant manta rays are often encountered.
